Anyway, as I recall it wasn't that it was declared off topic, it's just
that NetEpic was generating a *lot* of mail that most of the people here
didn't want to read. So it moved to a Cc: list. General questions on
the Epic list should be fine, just don't start rewriting rules. ^_-
