Yes, add those Rhinos. 2 Characters and 2 assault squads give you 4 rhinos
which you should include! Let the EMPTY rhinos lead the det to absorb
hits.

You cannot. Space Wolve rules are only allowed in infantry dets, Tank dets
do not benefit from them. Read the WD.
