    Okay, let me take a stab at this. Titan weapons costs get suggested
every few months. There always seems to be about a 3/5 majority in
favor of the idea. The phrase "cool and nifty optional rule" comes to
mind. I managed to find my rough draft of the Eldar Titan cost table I
threw together at 4:00 some morning this past summer. The damn thing
was on my HD when it died, but Aaron saved a copy for me (yay). I'll
touch it up, simplify it a bit, and post it for your perusal tonight.
