version of prep fire. Same rules on placement of orders

Well, two things here.1) AT guns, of which the S-tank is, in this
context, were often set in a place to cover a gap in the terrain. You
just wait until the target reached a point on the ground (often pre
marked) then you let fire.
2) There is a major difference between decrease in PK and making PK
equal to 0.
