[Epic] terrain questions (geo hex?)

Since I'm too lazy to build anymore scenery (I made 10 or 15 forest
strips= a strip of balsa 1 1/2 inch wide and various lengths, flocked
with dense clusters of lichen- a crater-handcrafted in pottery clay, and
two plaster rock/small hills) and now I'm thinking about commercially
available stuff to finish off my terrain needs. I've seen ads from some
people who hand-craft custom terrain, but it's way too expensive. I was
checking out Geo-hex, and they're stuff seemed pretty cool, I'm
wondering if anyone out there has used it, and how well it works for
Epic (since it seems to have been designed for WH40K scale).
