No. Although with enough Chaos Captains and Psykers, you can have rather
a lot of Skimmer-Cavalry or Cavalry (Steeds of Slaanesh or Juggers of
Khorne). But as for Flak... use Doomwings.Same stats as Imperial flyers,
and only cost 1 pt more.
