For non destroyed urban terrain, try some DPM (Design Preservation Models) in N-Scale. This is train
stuff, the selection in N-Scale is a bit limited but still alot of variation. Basically it's an
injection molded modular plastic building system. You can buy kits that have an assortment of pieces,
and give you alot of lattitude in how you assemble your buildings. Yeah, N-Scale is a bit off, but
with Epic it's not that noticeable. The stuff is reasonably cheap and readily available.
Your other option is to sculpt your own wall modules using the wrecked buildings as a guide and then
make molds and cast them up in resin. Not quite as cheap as ready made stuff, but you basically have
an endless supply.
