For what it is worth I just looked (I got home and have the CD3 rules
handy), 150 meters a turn would be 3" movement. They slowest tank I
could find (French Lourd 2C, a 70 ton weird thing) has a speed 6" cross
country (hell, horse drawn carts have a speed of 8") Most have speeds
around 20", which, more or less is also what useful AT range is.
