I knew a guy who dropped a lot of acid who played the Rainbow Warriors. He
had flourescent paints. An orange and yellow, and a blue and green setof
warhounds, vindicators in flourescent green with pink and yellow flowers (a
la early '70s psychedelia), etc.

Actually, the rainbow warriors are blue with rainbow stripes, like you said.
You might want to grab the Ultramarine Codex for 40K. Flip through the
pictures in the middle. They have several names and color schemes painted.
They may not be "forgotten," but they do have neat color schemes. And for
some inexplicabel reason I really like the "Mentors" for a chapter name.
