[Epic] Eldar fashion

Now with all the bad-mouthing going around with the new Epic 40k, we all
need to lighten up a bit. That's why I started this thread.

I have a few questions about some stuff:

- Why do the Eldar always wear dunce caps?
- What are the strands coming out behind the Howling Banshees' helmets? Is
that supposed to be their hair?
