Hmmm, I don't think so it all depends on your point of view.
I would say that the Bikes are not PASSING A but making a parrallel
move and moving toward B. Also you could say that the if the bikes
move toward A then they are moving away from B. What does the rules
say? Do you have to move toward the closest enemy or can you move
toward any enemy as long as you do not pass an enemy detachment
to do so. In this case you would have something like


                          Enemy Det. A
Bikes Enemy Det. B


The bikes would not be able to move toward B if their move
took them past A, Yet they could move toward A without a
problem. Thus to move toward B you must limit your move.
