Absolutely - and I would consider adding Temp's suggestion that the same be
applied to artillery.

Good question - I'm also curious and have been following the discussion.
As I currently play Marines and Eldar, it definitely matters to me. I
would still field farseers even at 75, even if just for flavor, but I also
want to know 'why'...
