I thought a world with dinosaurs and primitives would be pretty fun
myself<G>. But the ranges for a longbow in WHFB is the same as a bolter
or lasgun 24" with a str of 3, the crossbow is the same but str 4. You
pay the 3 pts. for a xbow or 2 for a longbow. Pretty cheap eh? Now the
armor stats are the same, but suddenly virus grenades and such are very
effective. Still 144 foot range with a rocket grenage launcher is just
silly, the ones rolling around the world now would make a Space Marine
jealous. Put a U.S. motor rifle division vs. any Space Marine chapter
and the SM's will lose. We have better weaponry, if not armor. We have
more troops carrying the weaponry, and last but not least, we have
better since than to send 1000 men down to take a planet.

Oh, I almost forgot, no I don't mind. Actually, I was thinking about
doing it anyway.
