Actually it would be CSM cavalry as Daemon cavalry is fleshounds and fiends
(pick, pick, pick).

The easiest way to do this IMHO,

CSM squad ....15 pts per unit
1 or 2 CSM units

Slaanesh Beast Riders (cavalry) +6 pts
Khorne Juggers (cavalry, Rampage,assault) +8 pts (essentialy Berzerkers +cav)


I'd like to make the disk riders psykers but then you have 3 special
abilities and the cost of a single disk rider would be almost as much as
the Sorcerer so at a guess

Tzeentch Disk Rider (cavalry,skimmer) + 10 pts

Costs 3 points more than a vyper, is slower, less FP, but a scarry Assault
factor, better armor, and Rapid Fire.

Not sure about the cost of the basic Cavalry option on CSMs. It seems
thats about what it costs to put on a "basic" deamon.
