I hate to break it to you, but on page 18 at the bottom under
Leadership
Tests it says "To pass the Leadership test the player must roll over
the
number of Blast markers affecting the detachment on a D6. Detachments
that currently contain 15 or more units add +1 to the dice roll. A
roll
of '6' prior to modification always succeeds."


-----> Ummm, I think he mentioned "Leadership Tests" in the original
post (above) and since the rule you quote is in the "Leadership Tests"
section...
