[Epic] Orbital Barrage

Dear Maillist.

What column do you use when calculating to-hit dice from an orbital
barrage?

a) Always in open.

b) Always in cover.

c) As if shooting came from an enemy detatchemt (you might say that they
call down supporting fire, and count cover from their current perspective).

Our house rule: c.


When an Orbital Barrage is stopped by "Foild again..." does the enemy:

a) Get to play the card immidiatly since next it is now his turn to declare
a shot.

b) Discard the card since his enemy is still in the middle of a shooting
round.
