You should drop the Rapid Fire ability on them. I know in 2nd ed. thunders
were the best Hvy troops but this ain't 2nd ed. A lemond Russ tank costs
30 odd points and only has a FP of 3. The upgrade to Thunderers would then
cost like +18 or +20 maybe.
