I did the same basic thing for the farseer/vyper combo. I put the gunner on
one of my old falcon tanks as a commander/gunner. It looks pretty good. I
also modified some falcons and put the old vibro-cannon on top to look like
a nightspinner. With a little work these look very good. My death-jesters
are darkreapers with the head rounded off to look like a skull and the
missile-launcher shaved down to look like a shur. cannon. Once they are
painted they look just fine. Solitaires I just mount one harlequin to a
base. Maybe modify him a little just because.
Due to the fact that exarchs are so cheap for the eldar i wanted one for
every warp-spider/swooping-hawk I had. I didnt have enough for this so i
decided that the actual exarch would go on the swhk stands and I would just
paint one of the warpspiders different to designate an exarch.

by the way I seem to have a surplus of eldar dreads. I could give up about
5 of them right now. They are the plastic ones from the Stompers box. If
anyone is interested in a trade please let me know.
