 Oh, I was trying to follow in the vein of Epic 2nd, but that may not be
possible. I may try again and recreate the Train without such a heavy
E 2nd bias.

 Hmmm, this might work. I just don't particularly want to deal with what
happens when the train is split in half as will happen, a lot!
 Maybe simulate this by letting the firing player who scores a weapon/car
critical choose which weapon/car is lost.
