I'm playing my first game of E40K this weekend and all I can say is

it better be GOOD!

Don't expect a whole lot out of the first few games, i=

takes a while to get used to the new rules.

True, the oringinal basic Sm=
rules were more intuitive(or at least more in line with other GW games) th=
an the E40K ones (Pick a target, hit, save as oposed to looking up on chart=
s and adding/ accounting for blast markers ect). For instance the way FF an=
d close combat work now reminds me more of Fantasy than anything else. And =
close combat use to be ALOT simpler.
