You can find a Genestealer cult army list on the Splort page

an other one somewhere... On the Splort page you can also find a Dark
Eldar army list, a Squat army list (not the "official" one) and a
human knight army list...
Of course you must know the Space Wolves special rules.

Giving extra rules for special characters is not easy with the new
system and I must confess that I have no idea about the way of making
some... I would be interested in theses rules if someone have an
idea.
