I would say that the "if it can't be seen, it can't be shot" rule would

Conversely, if one part of a skimmer detachment pops =

The real reason is that you could pop up with sel=

<bold>never</bold> have to worry about going to half strengt=

your morale value, which may technically be legal but would no=

example of sportsmanship...
