True, this is an old "inconsistency". Problem is to change it might
cause unforseen balance problems in the eldar army. I would test the
theory and then perhaps submit the results to the group.

The Eldar army is a frail little thing... Except for the Wind Rider Host, and Guardian companies you must rely on the quality of your specialist unis, and try not to sustain any losses. The Eldar has a steep lerning curve and is probably not a good army to start your career as a NetEpic general with. When you are there and have mastered the tactic of the army, you are going to be a formidabble foe for any army indeed! Back to the question at hand... If you reduce the quality of the aspect warriors, you'll need to increase the unit sice to compensate for the lack of quality! Then basically your back where you started... So I would suggest you leave it as it is!
