Ork players I've
played against always added nobz/boyz/boarboyz/wagons
support cards to the corresponding company mob.
Based on the original SM2 rules, that's exactly what you did and that
hasn't changed (which is fair enough).
Same happened with
nobz bikes.
Based on SM2, that's wasn't the case. Nobs Warbikes were always
separate detachments regardless of how many you purchased. I don't
have a huge problem with the change in NetEpic (it does limit your
tactical options but I can cope with that), I just wanted to check to see
if it was a deliberate change (I don't remember discussing it, but I have
bad memory anyway).
On the case of
buggies, those were added alternatively to each buggy
mob, that is, purchasing two extra buggies support cards, each one would
go
to a different mob. But I don't have any problem allowing to allocate all
buggy cards to the same mob.
Again, based on SM2 that wasn't the case. Buggy mobs were separate
detachments each time you purchased one. I don't have an issue with
having extra mobs added to one of the two in NetEpic but I think this
should be specifically mentioned in the Ork rule book just to make things
clear.
IMHO the KOS should
have a single buggy mob instead of two separate mobz,
like all other klans. It sounds more fluffy to me (and it is more
consistent
and easy, from the rules POV). But that's just my
opinion.
I'd prefer not to. Firstly, Orks are a pretty tactically limited
army, because of the sizes of the mobs and the Ork Command rule you are
limited in what you can do. Having two Buggy mobs alleviates that a
little (and I do mean a little). Secondly, it can be just as
fluffy: "Youze lot goez dat way and smash wotevva youze find,
and youze lot go da uvva way and do da same fing, got it!?!"
Orks are thick, but they're not completely stupid.
Finally, the KOS used to be able to purchase Evil Sunz Only support cards
and up to 5 Mekboy support cards and the book no longer states that this
is the case. I think we should re-introduce these rules into the
book. They make perfect sense from both a fluff and rules
perspective.
