I also don't have a CJ handy but remember a little bit more.
Assuming I've gotten this right. Just found out last weekend we were
playing Take&Hold objectives wrong. Sigh, but I think we've worked out all
the errors now.

Infantry behind and in contact with a vehicle count as being in cover.
Not sure if they get an AF increase though, I don't think they do.

No restrictions on infantry other than touching the tank. Also, if the
enemy attacks the detachment and is in base-to-base with the tank then the
infantry also get to count their full Assault rather than the normal +1
for supporting fire.
Rule is called "Armoured Assaults" or something similar and represents the
infantry unit riding/screening the tank closely.

I didn't see any. Just the rules for the Knights and some TGuard infantry.
