Mea culpa. I had always read the Eldar main force list as allowing each
slot to contain 1-2 guardian units of which one could be upgraded to
either falcon or wave serpent. I just re-read it and it suddenly read
differently (imagine that). This phenomenon of rulebooks re-writing
themselves spontaneously happens to me all the time...
Anyway, yerright. Each UNIT (not each squad) of guardians can be
upgraded, so the support slots don't have to be used for the extra
falcons.
