[Epic] Infiltrators Revisited

Can someone explain to me, in terms of common sense, not game balance, why
Infiltrators taking their extra move from Marching vehicles in considered
rules-lawyering, whilst using their extra movement from DropPods/Mycetic
Spores is considered nasty but acceptable?
