[Epic] Net Epic (Titan point costs)

I want to come out in favor of the point system that was posted. As I
only have Warlord Titans :( I was checking how much my battle group
would cost. I have one Titan armed with two Multiple Rocket Launchers
and two Volcano Cannons; one armed with two Gatling Blasters, a Volcano
Cannon, and a Chain Fist; and one armed with a Melta Cannon, a Gatling
Blaster, a Laser Blaster, and a Volcano Cannon. Would you believe that
the point total came out to 1800 points? I seem to recall several
people using this value as a house rule for the cost of a Warlord
Battle Group based on the "three for the price of two" concept. (BTW,
note the absence of one-shots. ;]) So IMHO the points balance well.

On the other hand, how do we figure the VPs for a battle group? Do we
just take the total VPs and divide it between the three Titans? For
instance, in my example above, would each Titan be worth 6 VPs? Or is
there another method that would work better?

Another random thought. Some Eldar players have been talking about a
Warlock Battle Group composed of a Warlock Titan and two Phantoms. I
could see an Imperial Battle Group composed of a Warlord and two
Reavers (using the Warlord as a gun platform and the Reavers as
guards). There could be other combinations of Titans that I'm missing.
Do we want to allow this or not? It could be done easily with this
point system. Just an idea.
