Of course, although I'm really looking for an 'all-purpose'
weapon fit. Not too many (if any) opposing titants and a good mix
of infantry/tanks.

Protecting the other titans: I just don't see it. Titans' biggest
weaknes is bikes, which you won't be able to hit them once they're in CC and
chances are they'll be out of range of the VMBs the turn before they strike.
This titan would be very good at protecting himself, though (and the Plasma
gun would make him a prime target).

I have no problem with them although I would hesitate to put
more than 1 on a titan; I dislike the 'disposable' titan concept.

MRLs... well, 8 BPs is good, 0 save mod is not... It's a
shame titans don't have any good barrage weapons. Still, I could
see this as being useful with the spotter, especially against the
poorly armored and often out-of-sight arty company...

yeah, 5 years down the road when I finally get all these guys
assembled & painted... =) thanks for the suggestions, exactly what I
was looking for.
