Yep. Quote : "Because of this eldar titans recieve a 2+ saving throw against
any and all hitsthey take, rather like a unit with the save ability does.
Note that this save applies to all attacks, even ones that normally ignore
void shields and power fields..."

Seems pretty all inclusive to me - any hit and any attack gets a save.
