        Come on people, do we need a special rule for balloons
repairing and taking "no damage"? How about you up their DF (DC?) by
about 4 and throw out that rule? Sure, now there's *no* chance of it
living through 8 hits.
        Alternate rule: 4+ shields. Identical to holo fields.
