anyone
and take control of just about anything - they really only answer to
other
inquisitors. I can see some of them as wanting to be right there where
the
commanders are or even taking over command, and in other cases needing
to
be somewhere else. I think a max of ONE - period, per battle makes
sense,
 as there really aren't going to be that many gathered together, but I
think
given that limitation, it's not out of whack. One adds spice to your
force,
