[Epic] spirit warrior

AFAIK an Eldar spirit warrior is just a DN+psychic abilities. (Can anyone
verify this?)

The idea: allow every eldar DN to upgrade to spirit warrior (psyker) +10
points (assuming you have an apropriate model).

SM2 version: Perhaps one DN as a special card with all warlock abilities?
How many points should that cost?
