[Epic] Because I like 'em

If I was playing Eldar, I'd Tempests because I like 'em.

I take Whirlwinds as a Space Marine player 'cause I think
they look kinda neat, and I like barrages even though you
only rarely get more than 2. I've got some converted Rhinos
as well as Whirlwind models, and I like both.

Does someone have to be an unskilled player because they take
something that isn't so effective?
