[Epic] Infiltrators in Drop Pods

What's the consensus of opinion on whether infiltrators who are dropped in Drop
Pods get their special "infiltrate" move of (normal move + 30) when they emerge
from the Pods?

Doesn't seem quite reasonable but all I can find in the rules is the statement
in the Battle Book, p15 "The detachment may now move and fight as normal." That
is, after emerging and surviving the snap fire.

Problem seems really to bite in relation to Tyranid - as they use drop pods more
than any other race and so Lictors are likely to arrive in Pods constantly.

Thoughts?
