A: It counts as 1 Super Heavy Weapon
As for splitting Firepower, I believe that both of the split FPs
suffer the full BM penalty. Example: 12 FP with 3 Blast Markers, 8 FP
fire at Ork 1, 4FP fire at Ork 2 - Ork 1 suffers 1 BM and (8-3) FP,
Ork 2 suffers 1 BM if the (4-3) FP causes any hits.
